Dr. Andrea Ormonde is a Functional Mobility Specialist and a Non-Traditional Doctor of Chiropractic + Human Movement.

“My passion is to help you better understand your body and its movement patterns in order to get you living your ideal lifestyle! I find the more you know as a patient, the more effectively we can work together to overcome aches, pain, dysfunction or whatever else that may be holding you back. Every day I am so grateful for the opportunity teach patients about their body, movement, and wellness”.

Before creating Forma Health and Performance, Andrea treated patients at Veteran’s Hospital Martinez’s Center for Integrated Brain Health & Wellness and at a renowned Sports Rehabilitation Chiropractic Clinic in the Silicon Valley. She has worked with groups and as a personal trainer in efforts to significantly lower injury rates among athletes of all levels and empower them to reach their health and fitness goals.

Outside of the office, you can find Dr. Andrea running the trails of SLO County, on the volleyball court, country swing dancing, teaching mobility classes, and rock climbing.
